Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have paid for — you keep working until then, and nothing is charged after that.
Through your customer account
Your receipt e-mail contains a link to your customer account at our payment provider. Open it and cancel there. This is the fastest way and works around the clock.
By writing to us
A message is enough — no form, no reason, no notice period beyond the current term. Send it to tagallypro@axeptdesign.com and we will pass it on to the payment provider and confirm it to you.
What helps us find your subscription quickly:
- the e-mail address you used to buy
- the order number from your receipt, if you still have it
What happens afterwards
Your licence key stays valid until the end of the paid term — cancelling does not switch anything off early. After that the panel keeps checking and explaining, exactly like the free TagAlly Check; the repairs, the export and the validation stop. Your documents remain yours, and reports you have already produced stay readable without the plugin.
If you bought through the Adobe Marketplace, cancel there instead — Adobe manages that subscription, not us. More on that in the FAQ.
